“I love the tea, but I am very disappointed in the delivery of f my three tea boxes of London Strand Earl Grey. Two of the boxes are smashed in. The boxes were not protected correctly. When I opened the box there was packing pillows, but the boxes were left unprotected on the front. Nothing was between them and the outside box, therefore they got smashed.”
