I am truly disappointed with my purchase, as I live in Portugal and my intention to buy on your website with the product Options for milk chocolate.
Two days after payment I received an email saying that precisely this article would not be sent because they could not send that article outside the UK.
This situation could be avoided if there is very visible notice on the website saying that they did not send this product, and no, deceive the customer by letting them buy, pay, and then not send.
The rest of the products arrived in good condition but were not the main item of my purchase, if I had known that they did not ship, I would not have placed the order.
I'm very disappointed because Option does not exist in Portugal.”
