Getting this product from the local Waitrose or Tesco is like extracting teeth!!!!!! They are totally unaware as to whether they stock your product or if any more deliveries will be made. Communication problem between their H.O. and local branch. Any chance of sorting this out?

SO GLAD I FOUND SOMEWHERE TO BUY THIS TEA- AS IT SEEMS TO BE UNAVAILABLE IN THE SHOPS

I adore this tea and can find nothing else as pleasant. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to but it from a local retailer, so I order direct. This has been a hassle as it is unlikely that I am in when it is delivered (a am just a householder not a retail outlet). The collection point is some distance away on a journey which I dislike. Also the cost of postage makes a pricey product extremely expensive. A local independant retailer used to stock this tea for me, but the business changed hands and the new owner put the price up to about £2.65 per pkt. On principle I stopped buying it. With postage and my petrol to collect it, it is costing me even more now! The local Waitrose used to keep it at a price of about £2. Unfortunately they discontinued stocking it late last Autumn. So this delightful product, which I have been enjoying for many years, is something that I am now regrettably trying to "wean" myself off", both for reasons of convenience and expense. So I invite you to find a solution. Perhaps advertising more on this product and less on all the fruit teas?
