“This one I hadn't tried before but ordered as a replacement for my beloved 'Lemon Trio' which you no longer do. It's perfect - fresh and lemony. Really nice! My only beef is with the packaging: Why does it need all the extra packaging? Plastic film around the box and individual (unrecyclable) envelopes for each tea bag. Is this really necessary? Can the envelopes not be made of paper or left away completely?”
