“The top part of this tin is unusable because the kid is too tight for anyone to get off. I hit a red one which was fine. They were reduced but the price is irrelevant. The only reason I’m not sending it back is because it was in the sale and I can’t cope with the fuss for the price I paid. I guess they know this. I wouldn’t mind but my order was quite a large one. The tin isn’t anything special just plain. Don’t bother with it the square packets don’t even fit in.”
“Looked a beautiful blue on the website, but in reality is cheap and tacky looking. Made of thin metal but looks like plastic. I really don't want this caddy in my house. Perhaps I'll give it to a Charity shop. It might make them a few pence. The design is bad. The top compartment is larger than the bottom one, making the whole unstable. Opening and closing are not easy. Altogether, both this and their Returns policy are no credit to Twinings.”
