“This product is great and I love the flavour!
I am only giving it 4 stars as there is no option to get the tea without the metal tin. I love loose leaf tea and tthe tin, but I don’t need a tin each time I buy this product. I would love it if they had just a bag of lady grey at 500g.”
“I ordered 20 caddies in November, got a refund saying they were out of stock. I noticed they were still reported as in stock on the site and let you know, but did not get any reply to that. As they are supposedly still in stock, I can't register for a stock notification. I've been buying this product for over twenty years now both in the UK and ordering from Belgium, with increasing difficulties. The rating I'm giving reflects the lack of customer service, not the product quality, which is superb and for which I have been unable to find a suitable replacement.”
