We're very sorry to hear you're disappointed with the Best Before Date on the tea you purchased.
As outlined in our FAQs, the shelf-life on the products we send can have a shelf-life anywhere between 1-24 months depending on our current stock-holding; if a product has a Best Before Date that is within 1-2 months, this will normally be highlighted as short-dated.
If the tea you've been sent has a shelf-life less than 1 month, we would be really keen to look into this further, and kindly ask that you send photos of your order to our CS team at: twinings.direct@twinings.com
