We’re really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the new pack size of our Earl Grey Decaf.
We can confirm that we have slightly reduced the number of teabags in our packs from 50 to 40, in order to reduce the overall Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
Whilst the pack size has been reduced, we can assure you that the price per teabag we recommend to retailers remains the same, and we have not made any changes to the recipe or the ingredients used in the blend; you will still be able to continue enjoying your favourite cuppa without compromising on quality or taste.
Whilst this blend now has a RRP of £3.59 per 40 teabags, each individual supermarket will ultimately decide how much they sell our products for.
