“I read about the potential benefits of Astragalus as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant helper, so I decided to give this supplement a try and my first impressions are positive.The pills are easy to swallow and I seem to tolerate them well so far (no digestive issues noted). The recommended dose is 2 x 3 capsules per day but I have started with a lower dose of only 3 capsules daily until my body adjusts to this new supplement.This is bio quality astragalus and the supplement doesn't contain any unnecessary additives or fillers. Therefore, I would order it again.1 star less due to the plastic packaging.”
