“Goods were fine and delivery was speedy. Unfortunately pre-sales has issues. 1) When somebody says they will get back to me the same day, then they should get back to me same day. 2) When closed for business make sure the answer machine is working. At present we just get "mailbox full" and a redirection loop. Obviously nobody is checking messages. Not a good look. 3) When I'm buying containers etc I want to know how much they weigh, it seems a lot of the goods don't have that information on the website, or, as I found out, it's incorrect. It shouldn't be rocket science to sort this all out. When that happens I may purchase something else. Still very impressed with the case. Thx.”

Hi, Thanks for your review, its really good for us to get some feedback that we can work with that covers positives and negatives. We are really keen to get those issues ironed out for you and other customers. In answer to your points please see below; 1) We must hold our hands up to this and apologise. We are currently operating with a reduced staff level during the pandemic but you are right to point out that if you are told you will get an answer that day then that is what you should get. 2) Thanks for pointing this one out. We should have arranged this to be covered and will address this issue today!. 3) We are working on this constantly. With the items we manufacture to order its a little more tricky to do this however we are aware that there is so much more information we want and can supply for all of our listed products. In addition we are hoping to launch a completely new site in the coming months which will improve on what we currently have.
