“There was a two-week delay from purchase to collection no other communication. I ordered 2 umbrellas one was absolutely fine the other the shaft was bent. I didn't return it as hubby straightened it and it is for the car as a back up brolly.”

“First brolly was bent so got a refund & reordered. Second one no probs.The clear plastic seemed very thin but it’s absolutely fine, much stronger than it looks. The butterfly pattern is pretty. The handle is plastic & I thought was a bit cheap but feels nice in use, makes it lightweight to carry. Overall I’m really pleased with it, had plenty of use in the past few weeks & a bargain as I got it in the sale.”

“It arrived bent, so my Husband managed to straighten it carefully. Just wrapping it in bubble wrap isn't enough. It obviously had been damaged during transit, probably thrown to be honest. Needs to be in cardboard as well. Apart from that it's a beautiful umbrella and i love Butterflies ☔”
