“Ordered two, only one arrived. No explanation can’t get hold of trespass by phone, generic replies to several emails but no response. Found out from credit card company that I had been refunded for one!! Service terrible and needs sorting out. The chair is great, I had to buy a much more expensive one as I only received one and it is nowhere near as good. Would be nice if Trespass got in touch with me.”
