“I ordered the jacket online as a Christmas present for my grandson. I have no issues with the jacket, as my grandson loves it! But the speed of delivery was extremely disappointing.
On 16th December, I received an email to say it was out for delivery to my local Tresspass store and that it was expected to arrive within 3/7 days. On 23rd December, 7 days later, it had not arrived, but my local store told me they were expecting a delivery the next day, Christmas Eve, so hopefully it would arrive then. It didn't! I finally received it a week after that, on New Year's Eve. Too late by far to give it to my grandson on Christmas Day as intended.”
