“Waited two weeks for click and collect order that never arrived in store. Customer Service advised that they would send one to my address free of charge but then didn’t respond to my message I sent with my address - so still haven’t received the item. I’m sure it’s a good jacket …”

“keeps out the wind and rain. if quite thin so good for layer as also brought an orange fleece as that's my work colours. the Orange option is very bright”
