“A solid, warm, sub-zero capable Parka
This is one of the premium Trespass winter Parkas, with a waterproof rating of 10000 and a powerfill of 650 (although it feels even warmer). I’ve worn it several days in a row in -5 degree temperatures (typical Scottish winter’s days) and felt very snug and warm. The fur lined hood makes the back of your neck warm even when down and protects your whole head comfortably when up. The jacket also boasts inside cuffs to stop heat escaping through your arms and several large, useful zipped and non-zipped pockets. The open hand warming pockets are as good as gloves. The fit is also good, I always wear a medium sized hoodie and my medium jacket fits well in every way with the bottom of it going to mid-thigh. The main zip is a little awkward but you can develop a technique through practise – the thick material and lining make it trickier than normal but you wouldn’t want to be without them. I recommend this jacket for serious winter days, especially in colder climates such as the North of the UK, Wales and Ireland but it would be too warm to wear for most of the year and in hotter areas.”
