“Had a pair previously that I had for about 2 years of constant wearing. Comfy, good fit. Usually the soles wear thin after 2 years use but at the price that’s fine. Good colour, long laces. Showerproof (but not for hill walking )”

“My second pair of these. Price has gone up since last time but still fair value. The first pair are still going strong after 5 years but are looking very worn. I hope to get the same wear from this pair. I am a size a 9 to 9½ and find the 44 fits perfectly. Very comfortable, light and waterproof enough for all but the worst conditions.”

“Only available in whole UK sizes - I normally take 101/2 and had to choose between 10 or 11 (42 EUR). The latter is really too large.”

“These were replacements for older pair that has been walked into the ground during lockdown. Very comfortable, but knocked a star off as laces always need replacing over time as metal tabs wear them faster than the soles wear out. Usually need 1 or 2 changes over the life of the boot. I think this is the fourth set I’ve had, so they do pretty well as a comfortable walking shoe.”

“I don't normally buy any footwear without first trying on - but I know that the Trespass sizing is accurate for me as I have bought several shoes/trainers/sandals from Trespass over the years. These are the right fit for me. Although I normally avoid metal lace clips (the ones at the top) because they destroy the laces these don't have the sharp edges that other brands tend to have - only time will tell on that though.”
