“Note purchased these boots on line. With £3 postage added. After 7 days having worn them 3 times they leaked! Returned to local Trespass shop & was assured Full refund would be given On checking credit card purchase price refunded Without £3 postage So I have has to pay £3 to have faulty goods mailed to me Not Acceptable Customer care line No one available to take my call.. .”

“Great boot, very comfortable and didn’t need wearing in to avoid blisters etc. Good grip and don’t look bad for a walking boot either. I bought the black ones.”

“Excellent boots very happy with the product. The staff in the Galleria in Hatfield are superb too, as they were in the St Albans shop which sadly closed. However there was a confusion with the size labelling which needs to be sorted by Trespass. We bought on line and that had only EU dimensions and we made a mistake. Luckily the shop had the right size so a swop was done. However the size description on the new pair was bizarrely different from the size on the box they came in! This may seem trivial but was unnecessarily confusing . Of course the solution is to have both EU and UK sizes on both the internet option and the box for the boots and also the boots themselves - and the same numbers ! Love Trespass nonetheless!”
