“Ordered the jacket online. It was sent to another store. It took 1 week to be told it still hadn't arrived at my selected store. I called customer service for a refund. Was told I would get the refund. One week later no refund but I had an email saying that I had received the jacket and to leave a review. Will be chasing customer service in Monday again for my refund The original purchase was 29 January and now its 22 March. Very very poor service.”
