“Requested an exchange because small size was too small. Request for an exchange was mistaken for a return so I had to re-order a bigger size. However, I am pleased to say that I am happy with the size, fit and quality of the coat, although I have not yet worn it.”

“Excellent purchase. I am 6 ft tall, and often find women's jackets too short. This one is a great length in both body and sleeves. It is lightweight but perfectly warm, and has already kept me dry on February walks.”

“Emailed twice to customer service about number of pockets in the jacket, advertised as having 4 pockets, but actually only two. Still awaiting answer to my query. Also tried phoning. Hung on for 30 minutes then line went dead. Received an email giving details about returns etc. - irrelevant to my query. Very poor customer service. Jacket itself is what I wanted, wind and waterproof but the zip does not come to the bottom of the jacket so it flaps open.”
