“Love this jacket, the colour and style. Has kept me lovely and warm whilst walking my dog in the last few weeks. Like the fact you can remove the hood but is a good fit and stays on. The reason for 4 stars is the plastic zip which I find difficult to do up occasionally.”

“Excellent coat, keeps you very warm and dry. Great for walking the dog and standing on the touch line watching the kids playing rugby. Highly recommended, couldn't do without it, it's the second one I've bought.”

“I love this coat, but have had to send it back due to a fault and I am still waiting for an exchange which was despatched days ago. I cannot get a response from Trespass about the rest of my order, part of which I am waiting for refund. Their telephone number has a recorded "there are no support agents available, please try later message" constantly. Their customer support email address also does not seem to be monitored as although some of my returns have been refunded there are still items (sent back at the same time) which have not been refunded and my email detailing this has not been processed. I accept there may be difficulties due to COVID staffing at their end but I am worried that I cannot speak to anyone directly about my missing refunds. I have left my contact details by email but no response as yet. The coat, is a huge 5 star, customer service, not so much.”

“Very good quality warm coat. Lovely finish and weather proof details. Lots of pockets. I’m size 8 but had a size 10 coat and glad I did. Very happy with coat.”

“Lovely warm coat. The only problem I have is with the zip which is very temperamental and often takes me a few attempts to zip it up which is a nuisance if you are in a rush”

“I am a size 16 in everything and got this in a 16 and it’s very tight. I should have listened to the reviewers who said it runs small. I can zip it up but can’t wear anything more than a base layer underneath. Hoping it will fit better when I’ve lost weight.”
