“Great service, speedy delivery and the sizing guide was perfect. I have been looking for a warm, winter waterproof coat for a long time and this coat is living up to expectations. So far I’ve worn it in the rain and all the water was repelled and I was comfortable and dry inside (not clammy like in other waterproof coats) but it hasn’t been very cold so haven't tested it fully but it does seem to be very warm and cosy. The reason I’ve marked it down to four stars is due to the hood which I have three problems with. 1. The fur around the hood isn’t very nice - looks a bit cheap and not as luxurious as you’d expect on a coat of this quality and price. The fur is removable but would make the coat very plain. 2. I have found when wearing the hood up, it falls down over my forehead blocking my eyes/view which is inconvenient. 3. The hood lining (which is the same as the coat) against hair makes an annoying rustling noise like a carrier bag (my previous hooded coat had a fleece type lining and I didn’t have this issue). All in all very pleased with purchase.”

“Love this jacket, it is so cosy! The only thing that has let it down, is the Velcro on one of the pockets started to come away from the jacket within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately with us being in lockdown by then I was unable to to take it into a store to get the problem resolved.”

“The parka is very warm and cosy plenty pockets l love it .l m very happy that l bought it. Its is heavy but not to heavy the fit is perfect. It is wind proof as well the hood is perfect”

“Very pleased, warm and waterproof having worn in rain and snow and smart enough to wear most places. Good also that fur trim is detachable. Good amount of pockets too. I am 5ft 8 and it is a good mid length”
