“I ordered the Trisha packaway in Pink Lady - L. On arrival it felt very tight. On checking, the bag and labels attached they were L the sewn label on the coat neck was S size 10. I returned the item to my local store and explained the mis- labelling and that it was a small size jacket with Large packaging. I then phoned customer services and explained the problem. They arranged a replacement, this one arrived and was exactly the same S size 10 on the sewn in label in a bag marked L with L tickets attached. I have now returned this one with an explanation hoping that I will 3rd time lucky ? If I get the correct size I would be able to give 5 * as I liked the jacket I would just like to receive the correct size on my 3rd attempt ?”

“Lovely warm, lightweight jacket. A few stray threads on cuffs but hopefully stitching is all secure. Very good value for money. Down is ethically sourced, which Trespass confirmed when I asked. I have worn this a lot since buying as it bridges the gap between winter & summer. The pink is a really cheerful spring colour.”

“I already have one of these jackets which I love so I ordered a second one. I did find that the new one seemed slightly bigger but no problem. I am so happy with this jacket. It is so warm and lightweight and fits so neatly ito it's own bag taking up very little room in my rucksack.”
