“It was a nicely shaped coat but the top half was too big for me ( size 16) and I had to send it back . The refund system worked well.”

“Good quality nice and long which is what I wanted, the duel zipper is very Handy with a long coat. It is probably not as thick as my last trespass coat. The hood fits nicely although I took the trim off , personal preference.”

“Very pleased with my Phyllis long down coat. I love that the hood is so adjustable making it easy to reduce the size. I have a small head and hoods usually come down over my face. Great that the fur is detachable too. My only one concern is that it is a bit too wide round the hips. I can’t comment on how warm or comfortable it is as it hasn’t been cold enough to wear it since it arrived.”

“Delighted with this purchase at a discounted price. I love the colour and it's extremely warm and lightweight so very comfortable to wear. Also the style is flattering with a fitted waist. Normally I purchase coats with a belt but this style is more comfortable as looser around the waist. The fur trim is removable as well as the hood, so verversatile depending on your preference.”
