Sapling seemed a little thin and delicate and the box was fairly crushed around the top but I've heard it's been planted with no issue and budding already so no complaints about quality. Maybe just a little more care around the delicate top leaves during packaging and shipping.

Customer service is appalling, complete lack of help and assistance. Perhaps make sure your phone number works and we may make the 11am cut off next time. For an urgent funeral request surely you could have given me the 6 minute leeway that I requested?! What a joke. Secondly it was due to be delivered on Tuesday but didn't arrive until Thursday. I would like to know why there was a further 2 day delay? Joanna

It would be easier to send a review after a few months. We bought it as a Golden Wedding gift for close friends.

Difficult to give it much of a review so early on. Resembles nothing more than a twig at this stage. I'm sure he'll be happy in his pot for now, until we decide where we want to live long term, then he'll really be able to get his roots down.
