“I rate this very poorly as the tree I received 6 weeks ago was in very poor state and has since died. With some difficulty and many emails and photos a replacement tree was sent to me yesterday and it also was damaged with 3 branches falling off. I requested a refund but was refused this and I certainly would not order from this company again,nor would I recommend it to friends.”

“Apparently this isn't a patio tree, according to instructions when delivered to my mother as a Christmas present it can't stay in a pot!!!! Which was was the whole purpose as she has no garden”
