“Our daughter and son-in-law, who are keen gardeners, were delighted with their Silver Anniversary Rose Bush. It has a profusion of stems with glossy leaves and plenty of buds. When it arrived we were impressed by the secure packaging and gift wrap with personalised card. The effect was completed by one full, perfect bloom. We had to arrange for it to be delivered a few days before giving the bush our daughter and son-in-law so we were concerned about whether to unpack it and, if so, how to care for it until then. I contacted Customer Care and Richard gave me some excellent advice about placing the bush in the sunlight and topping up with water.”

“the rose a 25th anniversary gift was delivered on time in a slightly battered non descript cardboard box where for a few pounds more a wooden crate as used by other online sellers would look better(found after oredering) but the rose itself was in good condition and was very well received by it new owner well done would certainly think about using you again and will recomend you but please offer different packaging as an option to purchase.”
