“Arrived on time, packaging and gift wrapping was excellent SHAME THE ROSE WAS HALF DEAD... 1 opened rose which had burnt brown damaged petals, brown split damaged leaves and about 3 buds. Phoned and complained, e-mailed photos as requested only to be told that the rose looks healthy with glossy green leaves. Should I wish to send the rose back I would have to had paid courier costs. As it was a gift and I had no time left to sort out another present in time for the party I was left with no choice but to tidy up the plant by removing all the damaged/brown leaves & rose. VERY DISAPOINTING.....”

“I was very pleased with the silver wedding anniversary rose. It was a great gift for the couple I bought it for and they loved it. I was a bit disappointed that there was no flowers on it but it was October. Arrived on time as promised and it was nicely packaged. Will definitely buy other products and recommend to friends.”

“My sister & brother in law were very pleased with their rose, Which I sent them for their Silver Anniversary it arrived on the day requested. it had several buds on arrival which then bloomed .”
