“As it was a gift sent to a bereaved friend I don't personally know the condition of the rose but she was very pleased. Your communication re delivery was excellent. I'm assuming you put a note through the door stating where you had left it. Thank you”

“Sent as a gift for a recently bereaved friend. Was able to track the item until it was delivered. Good quality plant that is already showing signs of buds. Would highly recommend.”

“wrong rose with different name was sent for my fathers 1st anniversary of his passing. I was advised to remove card as to not upset my family especially my mother ( it was for her to place some of my fathers ashes ) as they were being scattered that day. Told they would then send out correct rose after Xmas holidays. We accept mistakes can happen but blatant failure to then correct them isn't a mistake ! it's disgusting and a very clear message "don't trust us" " we couldn't care less" one can judge a good ethical business not in its star ratings but on how it deals with customers when things go wrong and for that they get 0 out of 100 BEWARE”
