“I am extremely disappointed with the order that I placed with you for my Parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. I feel cheated that I spent £25 for a rose that had clearly been potted up only a short time before delivery thereby not allowing time for the root system to develop. Therefore when my Father went to take the rose out of the pot in order to plant it into the ground, the compost all fell away leaving the bare root exposed. I also feel angry that you charged an exorbitant amount for a plant that I later found for sale at a local garden centre for £6.99. For the price that you charged, I would have expected a more established rose bush. I would very much like to know how you justify your costs. Surely the packaging doesn't cost that much. The only positive was with regard to delivery by DPD who delivered it to the right address at the right time albeit charging an exorbitant additional £8 for the pleasure.”
