“The plant arrived in perfect condition .Unfortunately as the weather was so very hot most of the blooms had to be removed before we delivered the gift! However the weather conditions were exceptional and I would know in future not to order so far ahead because your deliveries are so prompt1”

“Sadly the first Bush that was sent out arrived in full bloom and by the next day the petals had fallen, before I had the opportunity to pass it on as a gift. However, after one phone call and a few sent photos, a beautiful new one arrived the very next day! This one was in bud and much healthier looking. I was very impressed with Ella in Customer Care.”
