My father, who it was a present for, had to phone Tree2mydoor for some more details on planting and how tall it would grow because the information on the website conflicted with what came with thd tree. The customer service representative was really helpful.”

“Lovely tree which arrived promptly after ordering - approx 3-4days. Reasonable cost. However, tree was a gift and was delivered to the side of the house with no note left - only discovered by chance 2 weeks later! It would be helpful in future if a note was left in letterbox advising the gift had been delivered.”
