“Appalling service. Rose ordered and paid for 26th August for delivery on 4th September. Phone call day before saying not in stock - this should have been notified when order taken. Offered an alternative but as it was a 1st Anniversary rose for a 1st anniversary this was unsuitable. Advised would be back in stock within 10/14 days and would then be delivered. Reluctantly agreed. Contacted them again on 28th September advised that it was the end of the rose season and new one was about to start but it had been delayed by the weather so delivery would be about 10th October. No further contact from them - no rose received. An occasion ruined, no notification of delays, money taken over 2 months ago. Appalling customer service.”

“Ordered the bush a month before requirement date, and as promised it arrived on the date I wanted!! Good packaging and it stayed fresh until my dad came to plant it! Look forward to seeing it flower next year!!!! Lovely gift for my husband, and will def recommend to others!! Thank you!!”
