“I've had such a positive experience with the order of a tree for my friend. From my making a couple of mistakes on the order and contacting the admin team, who immediately answered and made the necessary changes; to getting a call from my grieving friend to say how absolutely beautiful the tree was with the descriptions that came with it, and 'how did I know that this would be so perfect'... I found the site by chance and as I was using them for the first time and without any recommendation I had absolutely no idea how it would turn out, but it turned out to be a perfect and positive experience all around and I would certainly choose them again and recommend them. The perfect gift for the right time, with just those little extra touches that make it feel personal.”

“I received my tree on the day I requested, and I was very pleased with it's condition, lovely little specimen. The care card that was included could do with a bit more info, very basic about when to plant it and that's about it, no advice on staking or feeding. For now it's living in a 10l pot in our conservatory until it can be replanted in our field, hopefully by then it'll be rabbit and deer proof too. Courier was dreadful, but that's not the fault of T2MD.”

“First purchase from MyTree. product arrived really quickly on standard delivery, it was extremely well packaged and looks good. fingers crossed :-), but that is more down to my skill level (lack of it). I will certainly be back. top marks. The only negative and it is a small one, I probably could have saved a couple of pounds looking around the garden centres but... the saving would have been negated with fuel bills and you have to put a price on convenience.”
