“I was attracted to tree2mydoor as I thought it would be a simple and easy way to get gift wrapped rose bushes. I ordered two as presents for our parents at our wedding. I arranged the delivery for 8 days before the wedding. When they arrived, one was beautiful and the other had completely crumpled gift wrapping. I sent an email and a lovely lady helped arrange an exchange. This had to take place at my local Sainsbury's and she said she'd confirm details. I never received details and once I'd packaged up my rose and arranged a lift with a colleague to take it to work, I checked what I needed to do, and a man replied and said I didn't need to exchange it and could keep the extra rose. Despite the inconvenience, this was appreciated. I then received notification that the rose wouldn't be delivered that day (this was the Tuesday before the wedding). I received the same message the next day. It was finally delivered on the Thursday before the wedding (and another trip to Sainsbury's) severely light deprived from being in the dark since the Monday and it wasn't even gift wrapped! I was very disappointed that my initial complaint was about the gift wrapping, and then my replacement didn't even have any. I had to try and reuse the crumpled packaging I had and work out how to gift wrap the rose. I think I did a good job, but it certainly didn't look the same. I spent a lot of money on the roses and delivery and opted for it as an 'easy' option. My biggest stress in the week before my wedding was dealing with a rose! I sent another email during that week explaining the situation and that I expected some money back for the considerable inconvenience, but I received no reply. I'm not one for negative reviews, and I'm sure the majority of customers receive an excellent service, but sadly for me it happened at a very inconvenient time.”

“Sadly someone altered the address on my order so the rose bush was delivered to the wrong address and therefore missed the celebration. I have already submitted this review once and have not received an apology.”

“It was a gift for our neighbours to thank them for being wonderful neighbours and as a reminder of us as we moved away. When they got it I got a text to say Thanks for such a thoughtful gift”
