“Thankfully didn’t have this sent directly to my parents for their anniversary as the leaves had black spot which the company tried to say was just bruising. They were responsive to my complaint and quick to send a replacement next day. The second rose that looked completely different to the first with larger leaves but have been assured it is the same rose. Thankfully no black spot this time. Would not recommend buying your special rose gift from this company. No care instructions or details of the variety were sent which previous reviewers said they received.”

“My sister was very happy with her rose bush. Although she sat in a room next to her front door waiting for the gift to arrive, the delivery person did not knock the door but put it on her forecourt and sent me a photo showing where it was. I had to ring her so she could rescue it before it was stolen. Not impressed with that !”

“This was Set to friends for their 50th wedding anniversary and they loved it. I was very impressed with the service I received. I was struggling with buying the gift online and rang the company I got through to Josh and he was extremely helpful as I couldn't get the date I wanted for delivery online he took the details and said he would make sure the gift was delivered on time. This he did and I would highly recommend this company.”
