“Our close friends had lost a baby and after reviewing this company we felt it a good place to get a memory to be planted with a nice plaque and sympathy card. The Carrier was useless and just took a picture of a random property near the destination and then just abandoned the delivery... As such it was near the end of the drivers day and he clearly could not be bothered to find the correct address. So due to his complete incompetence, I had it arranged with DPD to deliver to another address the following day.. However the family who lost the Baby have since gone back home and now having to post it to them from the alternative address... What A total sham - avoid avoid avoid!!!”
