“Although the message was as I requested. I feel the card could be a bit more personal, as the message was printed on a white sticky label inside. Perhaps on a decorative label or handwritten (if time allowed)”

Dear Christina Many thanks for your review. Our cards are printed to ensure that they are accurate and as the customer has written, with us dealing with sensitive occasions handwriting cards is not really possible due to human error and if we did spell something wrong it could ruin the gift or occasion.
