“Did not like that the card was not typed/printed it simply had a cheap white sticker stuck in the middle of the card with my message on that. The card itself however was fine”

Dear Nikki Thank you for the review. We use stickers due to the nature of the products and occasions we send for. With all of our gifts being very personal hand written cards are open to human error and in some cases such as a memorial this is not acceptable. We understand that stickers are not to everyones taste however they do ensure the message the customer writes is copied correctly without human error.
