“One small problem upon receiving item...there was no indication of which way up the box/container was supposed to be, so resulted in roses slightly bashed as box either during or after delivery was turned upside down. Not really a problem, but however one flower stem just below the bud was rotten, had snapped and had to be removed upon opening. In all a slightly lopsided plant but will hopefully recover once placed in a garden. Also because the card was not package inside any protective cover, ie a heavy duty envelope it was slightly bent, again not a problem.”
