Hi Sylvie, thank you for the review of our Greetings Card item. We do understand your feedback on this and this will be passed on to the team. This is however a limitation at this moment so that we can fulfil all orders as requested. Any messages that exceed this character count could cause slight delays to order processing, which could have a knock on effect of how efficiently orders are dispatched. Rest assured, we will however look into how this can be implemented without having any adverse effects on delivery fulfilment.

“Nice card, but when ordering two trees delivered to the same address but for two separate people, I was unable to attach a separate card for each tree. Not a big problem.”

“This is a generic blank card with a small sticker with your message stuck in. Unfortunately the sticker wasn’t even put in properly. It looked like they didn’t care and given this is the gift card to go with the gift the lack of care taken to place a simple sticker correctly or even straight isn’t really what you want.”
