“I ordered a large fig tree and a patio Victoria plum as part of a birthday gift for my husband. I was not expecting a fruit laden tree at this time of year but as I am not an experienced gardener I did expect a tree with some foliage as in the pictures on the web site .Silly Me!! On opening the boxes it was a big let down to find a completely bare tree just twigs in a pot. I think for non experienced gardeners they should advise people about that. Also the delivery guy tried to carry both trees at the same time and was puffing and panting and squashed the boxes. luckily the trees were not damaged. There were no after care instructions delivered with the trees either. I rang TREETOMYDOOR and was told it was an oversight and I could obtain all info from the web site which I will do.”
