“The rose has not flowered so I am still unsure of the damage but the courier turned the box upside down and threw it over my 7ft gate... in front of me because he couldn’t be bothered to wait for me to unlock the gate. Disgusting! The rose was also bone dry so I am unsure if it will every grow or bloom”
