“I telephoned and spoke to a very helpful lady who advised me that she thought the product I wanted had just sold out and would call me back. In the meantime I went online and was able to order the Faithful Friend Rose with no problem. Ten minutes late I received a phone call from the lady to tell me it had just sold out and I explained that I had just ordered it and that it was for my best friends 60th birthday. She very kindly arranged to phone the wholesalers/growers and managed to get one for me and arranged for my online order to be processed. My friend received the rose and was dellighted with it and it arrived on the day in question. I am sorry that I can't remember the ladies name but she went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I very rarely write reviews but this was an exception.”

“I bought this for my best friend as she had just lost her gorgeous dog, this rose was an ideal remembrance as she was a faithful friend. The plant arrived when scheduled and my friend was thrilled with it. Great quality and service, I will definitely order more in the future.”

“Used a 'search engine', to find this site at random, then ordered on the 'spur of the moment', for my friends 60th birthday. I could not have been more impressed with the ease of ordering and excellent service. My friend, (her husband itched to unpack it first), was delighted with the quality of the rose and whole concept.
