“We ordered this rose bush to remind us of our lovely golden lab, whom we lost very recently. The bush arrived in good time, very well packaged and in excellent condition and although we cannot yet comment on the growth/flowering, the service we received from Tree to my Door at such a difficult time was outstanding and we would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.”

“This is my third rose bush from Tree2mydoor, and I can't fault them! This rose bush was a gift for my husband in memory of our faithful dog Murphy who passed couple weeks ago....it has brightened up a very sad situation and hopefully will thrive in years to come....delivered in time (DPD) and beautifully packed! Thank u!!.....i def will continue to order and recommend!!”

“I was extremely disappointed that the rose bush was not delivered on the day stated. This meant that my gift was not there on the actual anniversary as planned. When I phoned to complain, the girl on the phone was polite but no compensation was offered. It was an important anniversary. I had given thought to my gift and was totally let down by your company. I will not recommend you or use you again. Do you have anything to say?”

Dear Margaret I can see that your order was dispatched on time and delivery was attempted on your chosen date by our couriers. They could not deliver as they got no answer plus no neighbours were available at time of delivery. The did redeliver the following day. Really sorry for any disappointment caused Margaret. “I bought two of the same rose bushes. The first was really nice but the second was very disappointing. When I opened it about a third of it's foliage dropped off including rose buds but as I needed it for the next day, it was too late to do anything about it. It's a shame as the first one was so very healthy.”
