“Service was excellent from first finding website to plant arriving, however I had overlooked the seasonal nature of roses, and was disappointed to receive a pruned plant, which doesn't look very impressive (yet) and is not quite the beautiful gift I had hoped to give my friend to celebrate her 50th birthday.”
