“Purchased a rose bush to be delivered to my friend “Fabulous at 50” for her 50th birthday. It arrived on time and I was so worried it was going to be just a stick - but it wasn’t, it was very established, beautifully green and wrapped and presented so nicely! “The carrier is letting you down - the item was left at the bottom of a driveway on to a main road where anyone could have picked it up. It was NOT delivered to my door! But left 150metres up a private drive”
