“I ordered the rose and plaque set on 20 March which was too late for the plaque to arrive on 21 March. I therefore accepted that it would arrive later - I understood on 23 March. To date it has not arrived and I have not been bale to get any response from your Customer Services this morning. Dam particularly disappointed as I paid a separate and additional postage fee for the plaque. Please respond soonest.”
