“The tree arrived nicely packaged ... I think I expected it to be a bit bigger than it was, but it was very nice. The only downside is that, as it was a gift and bearing in mind it's basically a series of twigs in a pot, there was no image of what the tree would look like when it's in bloom, and there were no planting instructions. I ended up having to print the original order off and give it to my parents (which then had the price info) just so they could get an idea of what the tree would look like and how and when to plant it.”
