“The tree I ordered and paid for was out of stock. i received a phone call on the tuesday before delivery informing me of this although I had ordered well in advance as the tree was a wedding gift. I was able to order a similar tree so this was not too much of a problem. But I had also also ordered a pot on the same order, but this had been delivered 2 weeks before the chosen delivery date and there was no card with it so the receiver had no idea who it was from,”

“The tree was given as a gift for a ruby wedding anniversary and sent direct - we were a little concerned that at this time of year there may be no leaves on the tree but our friends sent a photo and it looked really lovely also delivered exactly as promised. They were very pleased with the gift and we were very happy with the service. Great!”
