“The rose bush came and looked nothing like the picture, it was half dead and had no flowers on, i tried to raise the issue with tree2mydoor but they insisted that it was a 'good example of a rose' I had a diamond wedding anniversary to go to on sunday so this was very disappointing. Tree2MyDoor said i could return the rosebush but that it would cost £15.50 to do so. Luckily i had opted for the google shopping cover and google issued me a full refund straight away. I was very disapointed with Tree2MyDoor!”

“The rose arrived on time and well packaged. Although it wasn't in bloom the buds were ready & it bloomed within a few days. The recipients loved it.”
